Rental rates
January to June: €240 per day
July: €260 per day
August: €290 per day
September to December: €240 per day
We may offer special rates for bookings longer than a week in high season.
Cleaning fee – €150
Local taxes will need to be paid in addition depending on how many nights and how many people are staying. We can let you know how much this is and it will need to be paid with the final amount.
Deposit
We require a non refundable 50% deposit within 48 hours of booking.
If booking is made before January of the year you visit then a non refundable holding deposit of €200 to be sent by bank transfer to IBAN within 48 hours of booking. Then in this case the Second payment of 50% should be paid in January and final amount with one month of the start of your reservation.
Cancellation policy
We allow a full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking.
The 50% payment is obligatory in January or within 48 hours if booking made after January for a summer booking of the same year. A 50% refund of the total amount quoted can be claimed up until one month before your reservation start date. No refund can be made within one month of your arrival date.
Additional charges
Cleaning fee: €150 per stay, € 20 for short stay
Pet fee: €50 per trip, €5 per day for short stays
Trip length
Minimum stay: 1 night low season, 7 nights high season
Maximum stay: 135 nights
Arrival
Changeover day is usually a Saturday but we can be flexible with this out of season.
Check in details- You may arrive between 16h and 21h and are asked to leave before 10h on your departure day.
Please let us know your requirements for number of beds needed, cot, highchair, or any other special needs.
Extra services
We can offer a taxi service, babysitting or pet sitting services, plus sales of our home grown lamb and garden produce. We provide our own free ranges chickens eggs for you.
